UNIVERSITA TELEMATICA INTERNAZIONALE – UNINETTUNO

UNINETTUNO is an International Telematics University with six faculties and more than 15.000 students from more than 165 countries enrolled to its courses, which are provided in 6 languages through its e-learning platform. The distance courses have been also broadcasted using the web-tv www.uninettuno.tv and the satellite channel UninettunoUniversity.TV. The didactic programs include degree courses and masters for the following faculties: Engineering, Law, Economics, Psychology, Literature and Communication Sciences. In addition, the University offers several VET courses and up to 220 MOOC courses, being one of the largest MOOC providers in Europe. UNINETTUNO students can attend the university with no limits of space and time. Actually, with UNINETTUNO, teaching and learning spaces are no longer only lectures halls, but also open spaces, museums, cultural centers, workplaces, students’ homes, cybercafés. Anywhere in the world, you can choose whether to study in Italian, Arabic, English, French and Greek, on television and on the Internet, and earn a study title acknowledged in Italy, in Europe and in some Mediterranean countries. UNINETTUNO has always made of internationalization one of its main strategic pillars and today, with its students coming from 167 countries across the world, it really is a global university without boundaries. Presently, UNINETTUNO has 257 agreements, on the whole, with universities of the entire world. Some examples: Argentina, Azerbaijan, China, Colombia, Ghana, Japan, Guatemala, Hong Kong (China), Mongolia, Mozambique, Nicaragua, Norway, Russia, Senegal, Singapore, United States of America, Vietnam, beside the most important countries of the Arab World and of the European Union. “According to our University – the Rector, Maria Amata Garito, says – dialogue among cultures is not a utopia: the experience gained confirms that it is possible to share curricula and create, jointly with universities of countries having different political and cultural backgrounds, common paths for reflection and thinking.”

The FHM is a private, non-profit and state-approved University of Applied Sciences. The FHM has been founded in 2000 by medium-sized enterprises and educational institutions. Since then it has developed into one of the most successful private universities in Germany with a strong focus on the needs of SMEs. The FHM’ concept focuses on practical career orientation, individual tutoring, and small group sizes. At present, there are approx. 5100 students in BA, MA and MBA programs, 100 in doctoral programs, and 630 in scientific further education. The programs on offer include 38 BA study programs, 14 MA programs, 1 doctoral program in cooperation with the British universities of Worcester, and 9 programs in the field of scientific further education. Study programs cover 3 main areas: Economics; Media & Communication; HR, Health and Social Work. The FHM employs 92 professors and cooperates with about 240 experts from business sector as guest lecturers. Apart from the central FHM campus located in Bielefeld, the FHM maintains 7 further locations in Cologne, Frechen, Hanover, Rostock, Bamberg, Düren and Berlin. The study programs are offered in full, part time, and as distance learning. Part-time courses are based on the Blended Learning concept under use of virtual classrooms. Distance learning happens via the FHM Online Campus supported by the LMS Moodle. Features of the Online University are dynamic learning content enriched with learning videos, virtual collaboration among students, and virtual student-teacher communication. Various educational provisions for supporting lifelong learning are coordinated and managed by the FHM’ Institute of Continuing Education and Competence Development, which responds to the needs of target groups with different professional, educational, and social backgrounds. Flexible mechanisms on recognition of available skills and competences have been elaborated and implemented. Department of Competence Diagnostics and Development provides different tools and measures for detecting, estimating, and developing potentials of learners and employees. In addition, the FHM maintains the Center for Sustainable Governance (CSG) which is working closely with the Federal Ministry of the North-Rhine Westphalia. The mission of the CSG is to elaborate the ecological, social and economic criteria for industries and companies, to monitor their compliance and to control their sustainable development. To this end, CSG develops reliable and practical tools and solutions for measuring sustainability of state, municipalities, and companies. DIMITRA Education & Consulting

DIMITRA Education & Consulting is one of the largest and most distinguished Vocational Education & Training (VET) Organizations with Training Centers in five (5) cities in Greece. Effebi Association

Effebi Association is an Italian non-profit organization set up in 1976. The Board of Directors is composed by HR and training Managers from the main Italian Banks. Effebi organizes a variety of activities in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development mainly for the banking and financial sector. Through its work, the Association strives to enhance the exchange of good practices and knowledge and collaboration with other organizations at national, European and International level. At international level, EFFEBI is founder member of EBTN – European Banking and Financial Services Training Association keeping significant relationships with other Institutions, Associations, Universities, Colleges, Enterprises and Bodies active in the field of HR Management and Development. In EBTN is member of the Financial Literacy Committee aimed at upgrading the financial literacy of citizens through financial education. In addition, it is a Member of European forum of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (EfVET) that is one of the leading European-wide professional associations which has been created by, and for, Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers. At national level, Effebi is Member of FEDERMANAGEMENT – Italian Federation of Management’s Associations – which promotes the renewal of the managerial and leadership’s culture and cope with the globalization and the digital revolution. It also contributes to the collaboration and exchange of ideas and best practices among the Members; improve managerial culture, also beyond professional roles. Finally, Effebi is the promoter and main Founding Member of the Centre for Research and European Studies – Future Business – Future Business (CRES). CRES aims to realize studies, researches and European projects in order to improve active citizenship and promote European Policies in Education and Training areas. National Centre for Sustainable Production and Consumption (NCSPC)

The National Centre for Sustainable Production and Consumption (NCSPC) is a not for profit organization, established in March 2010. NCSPC activates in close cooperation with regional and local stakeholders and is one of very few organizations in Romania aiming to promote Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) through adoption of eco innovative methods, practices, techniques and business models in companies and public sector. The main objectives of the organization are to create awareness among businesses regarding the need for increasing resources efficiency and reducing the environmental impact of their operations, to build capacity for companies in eco-innovation, provide information and support business sector to identify eco-innovative solutions to improve their products and services. Moreover NCSPC is actively involved in policy change at local and national level, and sustain strategies and programs that promote and enable Sustainable Production and Consumption. NCSPC uses synergies with its founder members and benefits from the experiences gained during projects performed in cooperation with academia, industries and public institutions having proofed records in sustainability related topics that are matching the needs of the project, such as:
  • Resource efficiency and cleaner production, Eco-innovation and eco-design at the process (focusing on resource efficiency opportunities, minimization, improved productivity and competitiveness), product level (improved greener products) and relation between the companies, suppliers and customers, including elements of industrial symbiosis.
  • Circular economy and Waste minimization, by assessing material use, waste generation and cost in public and private sectors, identifying causes for inefficiency and solutions to that enable circular economy, including possible relations between companies for waste exchange and capitalisation and elaborating related studies.
  • Sustainable fashion by helping SMEs and consumers to cope with the expected legal and market challenges in the fashion and textiles industry, and increasing their capacity and knowledge through awareness and introducing open education and innovative digital practices.
  • Capacity building – by offering educational programs and professional training in the area of environmental management, waste prevention and management, resource efficiency and cleaner production, eco-innovation and eco-design.
  • Research in the sustainability related fields.

The Institute of Financial Studies (IEF) is a leading Spanish banking and finance training and knowledge dissemination institution. Established in 1990 as a private foundation by the leading Spanish banks and saving banks under the initiative of the Catalan Regional Government. IEF was conceived and created to contribute to improving competitiveness, efficiency and internationalisation of the banking and financial sector, through professional training and HR development in all financial related fields and through boosting all kinds of financial knowledge based projects. The IEF holds the ISO 9001 and IQNet quality certifications and is the only Spanish member of the EBTN (the main European and international network of banking and financial training institutes). And active member of CRES – Centre for Research and European Studies – Future Business is a newly formed European non-profit Association founded by ten Organisations from 8 different Countries (DE, ES, EL, IT, MT, PT, SE, RU) with valuable experience and specific expertise for an innovative development perspective of “future business”. Within the scope of financial education, it is a member of the most relevant international financial education forums, such as the OECD International Network on Financial Education (ICEX). In 2014 it became an active member of the Global Money Week and the European Money Week, and is a party to the Spanish Financial Education Plan. Since 2008, the IEF Foundation is also contributing to promoting financial literacy and inclusion among Spanish and European citizens through different Financial Literacy Projects such as EFEC (Financial Education at the Catalan Schools) with more than 143,000 students taught during 26,000 workshops, delivered by 500 trained volunteers in 400 schools in Catalonia.

Europartners are encoding additional instruments to be included in the market. The process of defining the tools arises from the periodic drafting of thematic technical paper which, starting from the analysis of current scenarios, define specific approaches and, consequently, lead to the creation of methods and / or instruments to implement
